Sunberry sits above Brixham’s colourful harbour, with water views from the dining room, main bedroom, top-floor twin and garden terrace.
The cottage is arranged over four floors. The ground floor holds the well-stocked kitchen, dining room and additional WC. Stairs lead down to a generous sitting room with sofas, piano, full-size table football and doors onto the terrace.
Upstairs are a sea-view main bedroom with an additional single-bed area, a double bedroom, a twin room and the family bathroom. It is large enough for a family gathering without feeling impersonal for a couple.

Good to know: the cottage has four floors and the walk back from the harbour is uphill, so it will not suit anyone who cannot manage stairs. Sunberry does not accept pets. Please ask Katy or Tony if you are unsure.

Sunberry is a genuine Brixham fisherman’s cottage: generous, individual and built vertically into the town’s hillside.

The location
Above the harbour, close to Fishcombe Cove.
Sunberry is high enough to command its remarkable view, yet the harbour, restaurants and shops are a short walk downhill. Fishcombe Cove and Battery Gardens lie at the end of the road.
