Long-established and local
The Heard family has been involved in providing accommodation in Brixham for many years.
Today the business centres on two homes: Sealark Cottage and Sunberry Cottage, each in an exceptional coastal position and each booked separately.
Katy looks after bookings, messages and the details before arrival. Tony is normally the person guests meet locally and the one who deals with keys and practical questions.
If you ask about parking, stairs, the walk into town or what is actually in the kitchen, the answer comes from someone who knows the house.
What guests can expect
We describe the cottages as they are, respond quickly and help guests choose the one that suits them.
There is no call centre. Before and during a stay, you speak to Katy or Tony.
Ask about hills, parking, walks, beaches, food or which cottage works best for your party.
Both cottages are currently Airbnb guest favourites in the platform’s top 5%.
How we look after a stay
These are individual Brixham homes, not newly built holiday apartments. Their quirks are part of their character; cleanliness, warmth and practical equipment still matter.
Parking, children, dogs, access, equipment or flexible dates: if something will not suit you, we will say so.
Katy and Tony are normally available quickly if a question or practical issue arises.
Repeat guests can contact the same people and arrange another stay without starting again through a platform.
