Choose Sealark for up to four guests, a dog-friendly stay, the coast path and Shoalstone immediately below. Choose Sunberry for a larger group of up to seven, panoramic harbour views, three bedrooms and parking for up to three cars. If you tell us your group and priorities, we will give you an honest recommendation.
Airbnb adds its guest service fee at checkout. A direct reservation avoids that platform charge, so our direct total for the same stay is lower. The exact saving depends on the dates and party and can be particularly worthwhile on a longer stay.
Yes. Both cottages remain available on Airbnb for guests who prefer its booking process. The website links directly to the correct listing for each property.
Once the private Airbnb calendar feeds are connected, the website will refresh booked and blocked dates automatically. The feed does not include prices, minimum-stay detail or a guaranteed reservation, so Katy or Tony still confirms the dates and lower direct total before you book.
Send your dates by enquiry form, telephone or WhatsApp. Katy or Tony checks availability and confirms the total price, payment schedule and applicable terms. Once agreed, the dates are blocked in the connected calendars. Fully automated direct booking will only be enabled after calendar and payment testing is complete.
Sealark accepts well-behaved dogs. Sunberry’s current house rules do not allow pets. Please mention your dog when enquiring so any current conditions can be confirmed.
Yes. Sealark has on-site space for two cars, with additional or boat parking sometimes available by arrangement. Sunberry has a large secure parking area opposite the house with space for up to three cars; additional boat or trailer space may be possible by arrangement.
Neither is presented as fully accessible. Sealark has a comparatively level route towards town and a ground-floor WC, but the bedrooms and main bathroom are upstairs. Sunberry is arranged over four floors and the walk back from the harbour is uphill. Please discuss individual requirements before booking.
Current Airbnb arrangements are check-in after 3pm and checkout by 10am. Early arrival or parking before check-in may occasionally be possible, but must be agreed in advance.
Yes. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included. Both cottages also provide practical starter essentials such as toilet roll, hand wash and cleaning materials.
Yes. Both properties include Wi-Fi. As with any residential connection, speeds and service interruptions cannot be absolutely guaranteed.
Both are family friendly and can provide a cot. They also include measures to reduce unsupervised access to stairs. Sunberry has several internal flights and Sealark has an outdoor garden route towards the coast, so normal close supervision is important.
Both are within walking distance. Sealark is roughly a 15-minute coastal walk from the harbour. Sunberry is under ten minutes downhill for many guests, with an uphill return. Times vary with pace and route.
Yes. Longer-stay discounts and flexible arrival arrangements may be available, especially outside the busiest periods. Ask with your preferred dates rather than assuming the Airbnb pattern is the only option.
Tony often handles keys and welcomes guests locally, while Katy looks after bookings and communication. Self check-in is also available where appropriate.
The exact deposit, balance date and cancellation terms will be stated clearly with every direct quote before you book. Online instant payment will not be enabled until the final terms and connected calendar process are approved.
